When my daughter (then 11 years old) began her cancer battle, our world changed overnight. Hospitals became home, routines disappeared, and life felt like it was divided into "before" and after." In the middle of that storm, painting became the one place I could breathe- a way to hold on to hope when everything else felt unsteady.
That season is how The Blessed Brush was born.
What started as a way to stay grounded during my daughter's treatment has grown into something I never expected- a way to bring light, comfort, and encouragement into other families' hardest moments. Creating banners for cancer warriors has become one of the deepest honors of this little business.
Each month, I gift one hand-painted banner to a family facing this difficult time- no strings, no pressure, just love. These banners are more than decor; they're reminders of strength, bravery, and the hope that carries us from one day to the next.
If you or someone you love is facing cancer, you're welcome to enter below. You do not need to share every detail of your journey- only what you feel comfortable with.
Thank you for being here, and for allowing me to walk alongside your story in this small, meaningful way. Hope carried us through some of our darkest days, and it's my prayer that this gift brings a little of that hope to you, too.
